“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however...

“Had a group of 8 stay on the west side of the state for a couple rounds of golf. The 4 bedrooms were excellent for the 4 couples. Nicely located near the City of Grand Rapids. Overall, a nice stay.”

“This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!”

“The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast but that's all, the bathroom was clean but is a tight fit, even for one person. The bed was comfortable and...

“This was my first VRBO. I had a few accommodations for my family to meet in order to make this adventure successful. Three grandsons and 1 son are on the autism spectrum and 1 son that has high social anxiety. The fireworks on the lake were phenomenal and gave some the chance to watch from inside the home due to sensory overload. “We enjoyed a few days of extended family vacation. It was great to have three bedrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen and a deck with a grill that we used almost every day. Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked without a hitch, specially as one of us were doing some remote work. Washer and dryer were a plus. Our daughter enjoyed kayaking. The lake is more to enjoy with toys than swimming, but it was ok to cool off. Sunsets are amazing! ”

“This house was truly an amazing find!Check-in was easy. The host was incredibly helpful and available to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean, comfortable (I've never slept so well in a rental), and spacious. There was plenty of tables and seating in every gathering space. We couldn't believe how much this place had to offer in terms of amenities and things to do. Every one of us loved the house. We would definitely stay there again!”
