“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“I loved the courtyard outside and it was a comfortable place to spend the night for a concert about 15 minutes away. No issues. But definitely the courtyard was my favorite part of the hotel.”

“Need to check the pool on a regular basis. My husband and I were going to get into the pool but the water was hazy, which made me think the pool was not staff monitored.”

“I love the fact that it was secured and that we could do a 4 a.m. check in when we got off the highway. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Convenient location. I would book again.”

“The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.”

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

“The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

“The room smelled like cigarettes..... the hallways were with trash everywhere. The breakfast coffee machine was broken. all they could tell me was the technician is on the way to fix the coffee machine.”
