Rockport beach is just a short drive away, an affordable option to spend the day grilling, swimming, and a playground for kids. Explore historical landmarks, museums, local eateries, and an array of family-friendly attractions nearby. Community amenities include a private fishing pier, a beach area, and a pool that kids will love to splash around in!

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the place. With an open floor plan, the kitchen, living area, and dining area are adjacent to each other, so there's no missing out on the conversation. Host a movie night on the large TV, or prepare grand meals or beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. There is a bistro table and chairs available on the front porch. With three comfortable bedrooms, there's room for everyone. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a TV and a beautiful en suite bathroom equipped with a double-sink vanity and spacious walk-in shower.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
