Vacker, välskött lägenhet i radhusstil, 2 sovrum och 2 bad vid poolen på Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club. Allt är förstklassig, ren & fungerar vi stolta över vår lägenhet. Rymligt vardagsrum och matsal på bottenvåningen tillsammans med fullt utrustat kök och däck med grill för att grilla din färska fisk medan du sitter vid poolen. Även på markplan finns ett komplett badrum och ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och två våningssängar. På övervåningen har en vacker king size-sovrum och privat badrum.
750-bryggan med ljus & rengöringsstation är för närvarande inte tillgänglig på grund av orkanen men vattnet ligger bara en kort promenad bort, genom de vackra ekträden. Sitt ner under trädtaket och njut av utsikten och vinden i Aransas Bay. Båtlampa och parkering finns gratis. Trådlöst internet, kabel och tv (3) tillhandahålls, tvättmaskin och torktumlare bara några steg från enheten.
Vårt läge ligger en 7 minuters bilresa från Rockport's Historic Heritage District, med konstgallerier, shopping och god mat. Några attraktioner i närheten inkluderar fågelreservatet Connie Hagar, en 6. 25 hektar stor fågelreservation, Aransas Bay, en perfekt plats för en morgon- eller kvällspromenad och den första Blue Wave Beach i Texas. Rockport känd som "The Charms of the Texas Coast", är känd för fiske, vattenrekreation, konst och festivaler året runt. Great experience

Very comfortable and well kept place. Great communication. Clear access to the pool and pier where my son caught his first fish. Kids loved it and definitely want to stay here again.

Needs some updating

There was too much "owner" stuff around including family portraits. Lighting in the living room area needs help. It was difficult to read. Kitchen had a lot of food and seasoning items in the cabinets. There was little place to put our food. It needs a good cleaning out.

Awesome place to celebrate my sons 13th bday

Cozy place, back door is right at the pool area which the boys enjoyed. Neighbors and community all really friendly. Private pier which we enjoyed catching drum, trout and a whole bunch of hard-head catfish. Dog friendly, enjoyed the stay thank you! P s. There were some roaches which we figured w the beach location not a big deal but just letting you know!

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the stay here. We are frequent travelers and this place had everything we needed. The pool is right outside the back door. The pier was a short walk away and we fished all day. The owner even let us stay later than checkout. She is very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back.

Great overall.

Great location. Quiet condo omplex during our stay. Short walk to the fishing pier and right by the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Quick communication from the host. Only thing id suggest to the property manager of the complex not the condo itself would be trash cans throughout the peir at the stopping points.

Fishing Getaway

The stay was perfect for what we we’re aiming for. My spouse loves to fish and wanted to take our boys fishing before the summer was over. The city itself had a small town feel. Everything was located with 10mins from the condo we stayed at. The beach was perfect for our young children due to the water not being too deep and the waves not being overpowering. The sand was pebbly, but it was a clean beach. We went each evening to avoid the hottest part of the day and stayed until the sun went down. The fishing was pier was awesome as well. Really big and allowed ample room to fish at many points. Caught some crab & fish. The boys really enjoyed fishing from the pier. The condo was really nice. Enough space for everybody, kids loved the stairs, beds were comfortable. I liked that they had a queen size bed with the bunk beds. There is a pool right outside the back patio. Had a grill if you wanted to grill out. The host was really responsive and a great help! Don’t have any complaints, in fact, I would love to come again.

Getaway

First of all the place was clean. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The laundry room is in another building and coin operated, but that's not a big deal. Good fishing on the nearby pier. Overall a very good time.

Fishing day trip

We wanted to stay somewhere that had pier access as we wanted to fish. We, as in my husband, adult son, teen son and myself. My sons didn't want to share a bed and they definitely didn't have to as there was a bed we didn't even use. The pier was beautiful and access was easy. My son caught a little drum and we saw others catch flounder. The condo was quiet, pool was right out the patio door and our host was polite and helpful. We had a great stay at the perfect place.

Rockport Recharge

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in June of 2022. This condo has just about everything you could possibly ask for. I love to cook and tend to travel with my own knives because rental kitchens are often "abused", not true with this place. The knives are amazing. Thank you for the attention to detail to help make everything run smooth.

Fun weekend with responsive owner

We enjoyed our stay at Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club...we had a few questions right when we got there and Kathy was very responsive via text. We enjoyed the property, and there were no problems during our stay.

Bit dirty w defensive owner

Place was as advertised as for location to pool. However its worn with stained carpets and we found it dirty. Examples were dead roach in kitchen floor on entry, dirty throw rugs, fingernail on table, stuff visible under couch. We have rental also, so I tried to tell owner via vrbo email discretely and no response for a day. I usually do not review, but her eventual response was unaccetable.. I even downplayed it to her saying sometimes things happen beyond her control. However, she got defensive and even sent an emoji of dead roach to me telling me that was normal there and basically 'get over it'! I explained we were not comfortable w roaches so left day early. More defensive condesending texts from her that i ignored. She even sent a video of her house bragging. Wow! The gate code to pier didnt work so we couldnt use pier. Again, she blamed us. Ok place with defensive owner.

Enjoyable Retreat

Loved the location of this property! It is poolside and my husband loved the private fishing pier. The views off of that pier are spectacular. The condo itself has everything you need, no need to bring condiments of any kind or coffee. They have a lot of info on the area too, which was nice. The price was great as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to comeback. The owner is very quick to get back to you and answer any questions. Thank you again!!

Nice Family Getaway

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of room and could walk to the pool right outside the back door. It is right off the main road to town, close to shopping and the beach was only a 10 minute drive away. Due to utility/construction work on site, we did experience some power/water outages and Kathy was very quick to respond to let us know what was happening and made sure the issues were resolved.

A great location!

This condo was fantastic for our family. We have three kids (10, 12, and 14), who stayed in the downstairs bedroom (in a bunk bed and a full-size bed), and my husband and I stayed upstairs in the master suite (king size bed and full bathroom). There's also a full bathroom downstairs, along with the galley kitchen, living room, dining area, and back patio. Everything was very clean and nice. I agree with the poster who said the photos don't do it justice. It was also a very fun place to stay. When we went out the back door, we were at the pool. When we went out the front door and walked about a block, we were on the property's pier area, which was a fun place to walk our dog. You could fish at the pier area, and there were plenty of supplies in the closet so you wouldn't need to bring your own gear. The tennis courts looked nice but it was too hot for us to play. The laundry area was handy, and was right next door to the condo, so that made it easy. It's an easy 10-minute drive from the beach. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
