This cozy historic bookstore has been transformed into a chic 2 bedroom space for a unique Rockport experience! Enjoy the convenience (and rare amenity in dowtown Rockport!) of 2 reserved parking spaces. Step into this pre-1900 space and you'll be greeted by an open space full of rich colors and light. The vaulted ceilings and exposed beams are the perfect backdrop to this central gathering spot. A colorful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for meals. Relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the 4K smart TV.

On one end of this living space you'll find the first bedroom. More high ceilings and exposed beams along with a large king sized mattress make this feel like a spacious retreat. On the opposite end of the living area you'll step up to find the washer+dryer and full bathroom with standup shower. The bedroom on this end of the apartment has colorful accents and a convenient remote workspace.

All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. The historic character of this charming New England space has been preserved for your enjoyment without sacrificing comfort or modern style! Lovely little home in great location, easy walk to Shalin Liu performance center, restaurants, beaches, and all the cute downtown shops. We parked the car in back and then walked almost everywhere. We took quick drives to Halibut Point (stunning always, but very cool to see the quarry frozen!), Wenham, and Gloucester. It was so nice to visit in the off season and this made a great home base for our girls’ weekend. The king size beds are super comfy, apartment well kitted out with laundry, dishwasher, 3 individual mini splits, coffee maker with coffee pods, etc. Easy to get in with custom keypad code. Excellent and kind communication. Appreciated the online guest guide. Rockport and the North Shore have so much to offer year-round and our March visit meant lots of shop sales and no crowds.

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Rockport. It is easily accessed, has great parking, and is near (many of them are just walking distance away) the local shops and restaurants. The unit was spotless, the kitchen has all you need to make a meal, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Fantastic location

Wonderful unit & great location near the beach

We had a great stay here. Very convenient walking distance to the beach and shops. The unit is fully equipped with all the essentials. Clear instructions were provided. The host is very responsive. 2 parking spots provided which is very convenient. The space is just beautiful! If I have to give a constructive feedback I would say the towels need to be updated. They were very thin and just don't have much life in them. Overall, great experience and we will definitely come back.
