“The location of the property was great. Unfortunately the weather was cool and misting but that's Rockport in May. Consequently we spent more time inside than we planned. The living room furniture was not comfortable. All kitchen stuff was good and the bed was comfortable as well as quiet. Street parking was fine but this was off season.”

“Very clean property located on the rock port harbor and downtown. Amazing view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the lobster boats leaving early in the morning. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. Very walkable location with lots to do. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

It is very clean and tastefully decorated with a convenient little kitchen, a very comfy bed and two extra futons that double as couch and chair creating a nice “living room”. It’s one open space but there’s a little screen you can use if you want to create a bit of separate space for a “bedroom”. “Cozy apartment in a great location. Nice little deck with a great view of waterfront. Street parking, free overnight from 6pm to 10am. Careful with the low ceilings. ”

“Fantastic location for our family of 4! We didn’t have a car, so the location was amazing for us to walk both to the. shops/restaurants as well as to the commuter train. Super cute little home and had everything we needed! Highly recommend.”

“We had off the street parking which was awesome. The steps are a little tricky to get to the second floor but manageable if you're young enough, we're on our mid to late 60s. They were fine. The water heater couldn't keep up with the amount of people and we definitely had cold showers the first day. But property managers were prompted responding to questions and it's a short walk to to Rockport shops and restaurants. ”
