“Super clean and very nice apartment to stay in!”

“Very cute and clean loft. The bed was super comfy. The host was very responsive and helpful. The check in process was a little confusing and it was a little hard to locate the building but host helped by sending pictures. Area around the building is a bit sketch but knowing you had to unlock the building to get in made you feel a bit safer. “The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location.”

“This small place was not bad, just OK. The bedroom has a brick wall that is deteriorating and debris had come down onto the floor. It was obvious the place had not been cleaned well in a while. There were no bed sheets or linens for the pull out sofa bed, just a mattress pad and heavy comforter. The AC had not ben turned on for us and the unit was extremely hot on arrival. The AC unit for the kitchen/living area worked fine, cooling it down in a couple hours. But the bedroom unit struggled the...

“We had a stress free stay. The property was clean and close to areas we wanted to visit in Detroit. The staff was responsive to communication and very helpful. We will stay again on future visits if possible.”

“The property listing is as it is advertised. It’s a unique property with an eclectic feel. The only issue was different expectations communicated between the owner and Expedia. They had two different check in times. Otherwise this was a good rental experience.”

“I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress which we found needed a bit more firmness. Also, the speaker for the projector could use a bit more volume.There is a coffee maker there but be sure to pack your own coffee to bring along. All in all we enjoyed our stay .”
