“Nice quiet property for our little weekend getaway ”

“We celebrated 3 birthdays within our extended family stay. We had 5 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids. This house gave us plenty to do! Everyone stayed busy and had so much fun! We went out for coffee early in the mornings on the porch and saw rabbits, a fox and her cubs and a turtle. Plenty of indoor activities and outdoor activities. Secluded but close to the dollar store for essentials. Everything was provided. Beds were comfy. A/C worked great in summer heat both upstairs and downstairs. I didn’t...

“Private on end of street. Nice open view of a body of water out back. Owner did a nice job of making this ‘retro’ hime nice & inviting. Having two bathrooms was great. The pool table was a bonus & enjoyed that. The only problem was that the washing machine was not spinning the water out of the clothes, so that was quite a job to wring them by hand. Owner messaged that he would take care of that in the future. So I would recommend this ‘retro’ home to anyone needing to stay in the Sulpher area. ”

“Loved the deck overlooking the lake. It was a steep walk down to the lake, and if you have breathing problems or out of shape it 's even harder walking back up the hill from the lake. Had a nice fire in the evening. Very nice house. The hot tub was around the house under the deck. No privacy, it's facing the road and neighborhood.we brought are little dog. She loved it.”

“The tin metal cabin was beyond rustic. Photos were a bit deceptive. Both the front door and back door opened with gross difficulty and were definitely not secure ( the dead bolts and locks in the back door were not installed properly and could have been opened with a shove) The furniture was trashy ghetto and appalling. We found a tick on the bedroom curtain. It was represented, as there being a 3 minute walk from the lake, but there were no directions to the lake. The walk required trespassing...
