“Good stuff: 1) Excellent lake-facing views from both the patios. 2) Spacious and can accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids. 3) Near to the main road. Not too far from the Walmart ( 12 min drive) Stuff that can be improved: 1) Kitchen appliances are very dated. 2) First floor bathroom needs a lock! It can be opened by anyone from outside 3) One patio is extremely dirty and the owners can atleast do a light cleaning one a while 4) Lack of Wi-Fi. “Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties””

“Easy to find and easy to get in! Everything you could possibly need is here and the environment is very comfortable. The host is an excellent communicator and provided a lot of great recommendations and instructions. The is NO phone signal at the home, but the Wi-Fi works just fine. We were able to watch movies and get phone calls. Make sure you download the instruction before you get to the home. Just sayin'!”

“This is a nice cabin just us very friendly, the home needs a good deep cleaning, and could really use more pots and pans, we had to go buy pans and a pot to cook. There is no WiFi so this was frustrating since you are so far out, you can get phone signal by walking around outside till you find a signal so WiFi would really help. “The property was very good overall. The house was very roomy and had plenty of places to sleep. We enjoyed our stay at Primrose Family Lodge! The only complaint that we would have is that several of the rooms didn’t have good cooling.”

Everything is very comfortable and well-designed, with lots of little extra touches. Very close access to Guy Sandy dock and it's just a short trip to Sulphur. Communication with the host was also excellent. The interior is tasteful and polished, yet cozy. We loved it!”
