“Property was excellent. Nice wide staircase; clean; well-kept. Neighbors in the other half of the duplex were 'noticeable' to our guests, but no fault of the property. We enjoyed our stay for some local volunteer work.”

“Very clean and well maintained property with a relaxing hot tub and loved the swing on the front porch would highly recommend”

“This was perfect for us and everything was amazing!”

“Great house to stay here was perfect for our family”

“Beautiful home in a great location”

“Very easy to get to and get in. Quiet neighborhood for the most part and very close to stores, restaurants and coffee. Home was very accurately described and offers all essentials you would need for a stay. Loved having access to park in the garage! Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.”

“We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house.”

“Perfect place for our family. Nice to have the option of two cabins. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces - everything we needed was there for us.”

“Everything we needed was in great working order. We would recommend this property to others. ”

“Immaculate, well-laid out home that worked perfectly for our family of four. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to everything we needed in Springfield. The only downside was that our visit was too short and too packed with plans that we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful back yard. We will absolutely be back, as the kids are already begging :).Thank you for such a lovely stay.”

“The host was quick to respond and professional. I really appreciate the check out process, it was quick and easy. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. We were stuck inside for most of our time because of a snowstorm so we really appreciated the large tv, cozy setting and well stocked shelves so we could cook ourselves. ”
