Both bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and insect screens. A sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living area provides additional sleeping space.



The open kitchen with dining and living area is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The dining area offers space for six people, the living area has SAT-TV, a coffee table and air conditioning.



A balcony with 11 m² facing south is accessible via the kitchen, living room and bedroom, partially covered, with sea view, awning, table and chairs for up to four people.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, minibar and a parking space on site. Barbecue facilities are available by arrangement.



The situation is ideal: The beach on concrete plateaus is only 50 m away, restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are located 1.4–1.6 km away. Leisure opportunities in the area range from water sports to boat trips, diving, cycling and hiking to beach volleyball, tennis and nightlife.
