Villa La Perla is a modern and specious yet cozy and inviting holiday villa only steps away to the crystal blue Adriatic with spectacular views offered from each angle. It occupies 300m² spread over three levels and offers a roomy lounge with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a bright dining room, all with access to the balcony. Specious bedrooms decorated in color themes each have their own private bathroom, seating area, flatscreen TV, including access to the balcony or terrace with magnificent views of the sheltered bay. For your entertainment you will also find a pool table room adjacent to the balcony equipped with table football. Once outside the aromas of sea and pines will delight your senses. Enjoy this area setup for leisurely activities, whether that means taking a dip in the heated pool, lighting up a BBQ, sharing al fresco meal with your loved ones, relaxing in a shaded seating lounge or taking a swim in the sea...the choice is yours. Life seldom gets better than this.
With four bedrooms, eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Option of two more on the sofa bed is possible.
Villa La Perla is located near Rogoznica, a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby.Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant restaurants, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.

Fantastic house !

The house and the owners were fantastic. The view is spectacular. We really enjoyed ourselves. The SUPs and canoe was a great bonus. The road to the house is a bit narrow and tricky at some places, but we got used to it. We can really recommend this house!!

Tranquility by the Sea

Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Die Lage ist durch den direkten Zugang zum Wasser perfekt. Auch ergänzt der Pool das Objekt. Insgesamt 8 vollwertige Schlafgelegenheiten sind vorhanden. Die beiden Klappbetten sin nur etwas für ganz anspruchslose. Der Vermieter gibt sich wirklich Mühe. Im Sommer ist die Örtlichkeit nichts für Menschen die Hitze nicht mögen. Für uns war eine Woche völlig ausreichend. Der Ort kann nur gut mit dem Auto erreicht werden, dies gilt auch für die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nach Split braucht man ca. 1 Std. obwohl nur ca. 50 km entfernt. Das Objekt hat entgegen der Angaben den Hausnummerzusatz "C" ansonsten findet Ihr es nicht. Die Nachbarn in der "A" sind super nett undhilfsbreit. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Amazing house with direct access to the beach

This Villa is really big, spacy for 10 adults people. There were everything - towels, fully equiped kitchen, toilet papers, soaps in each of 4 bathrooms. Very modern Villa, very quite, with large and clean pool. Our children spend almost whole day there or they change sea with pool. The Villa is located directly om the beach, which was the best. There were 2 paddleboards and one kayak for us. Owner Marko helped us anytime, alwys very helpfull. Surrounding was pretty nice, very quite, very good for children. Close to Rogoznica. I strongly reccommend this Villa, mainly for families wit children, but not only. We loved this amazing place very much.

Even better than it looks

Everything about this villa is top class. Location is stunning, layout of the villa is superb with every room getting the benefit of a sea view. The owner and his family couldn’t be any more helpful, really nice people. We will all be coming back again 100%. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in!

Peace and tranquility in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay. The place is better in person than in photos and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The location is very tranquil and perfect for a restful vacation. There is direct beach access as well as a wonderful pool with a spectacular view. Rogoznica town is a short 5min drive and is a lovely place to get dinner or simply go for a stroll. We left very satisfied with our stay and would certainly come back.

Perfekter Luxus-Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir sind einfach nur begeistert! Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bei der Einrichtung haben die Vermieter an viele Details gedacht, ob zum Grillen oder in der Küche... es fehlt nichts, es sind sogar ein Kanu und zwei Stand-up-Paddels vorhanden… Toll! Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist natürlich auch einfach nur fantastisch… Das einzige, was gefehlt hätte, wäre eine kleine Bar oder ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, andererseits sind sehr schöne Städte in ein paar Auto-Minuten erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Beauty abounds.....

The villa was gorgeous in all respects! The water view was amazing, all rooms were spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with all needed dishes and utensils. We lacked nothing. The central location made our day trips to the surrounding area - Trogir, Split, Sebenik, Plivitice and Krka easy. Our host was gracious and available fir any questions. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you for making our trip to Croatia memorable!

Fabulously planned house, well thought out. Owners more than helpful and the property kitted out perfectly. Amazing views and a sunset to embrace. Beautiful water and direct sea frontage a wonderful bonus. Very chilled out but access to nearby towns should you want something lively.

Great house and perfect location on the beach

Modern and beautiful villa with the best location on the beach. The house has everything you need (and more) and are perfect for a big family or group of friends. Beautiful decorated and with a heated pool outside. You need to take a taxi 10 minutts or rent a boat to get to Rogoznica where there are restaurants and bars.
