The perfect house for a large group.

I can't say enough about the owner and his team, especially Zoey. The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. The pool, decks and beach all exceeded our expectations. The beach was perfect for swimming, canoeing or snorkeling. We saw several types of fish, conch, stingrays and sea turtles. The Marina across from the house was perfect for fishing.

Exuma - Marina Beach Villa

The property was wonderful. It had 6 suites with king size beds. It accommodated all 12 quests. The host/owner did above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Best stay!

Loved everything about the home! Having ensuite bathrooms in every room was such a plus!! Loved having a private beach all to ourselves!! Beds were very comfortable! Even on a rainy day, there will be something to do…play pool on the second floor, watch a movie in the living room next to the pool table, hire a chef to cook for you on the first floor kitchen, or just watch the rain from your bed; great views from each room!

Beautiful, private getaway

We adored the house and location. Can't say enough how amazing it is to have an essentially private beach, along with a great pool/hot tub. Walkable to restaurants at the nearby Grand Isle resort, as well as to the Emerald Bay Marina, which we took boat tours from. Perfect for a family/friends getaway. We had a few issues while staying here but both Greg and the local property manager were very responsive, and it was addressed to our satisfaction. So you can be sure that if something does arise, they will be there to help you out. Highly recommend staying here!
