Great Place

Great location to see the City

A nice room with good amenities in a great location to see the sites of the Rome. Very close to ancient Rome sites, good restaurants close by and good access to public transportation. We would recommend this to a couple looking to see Rome.

Incredible location and stay

Incredibly freindly, air conditioner worked super well in our room which eas very welcome in the summer months. Right next to the collesium and so many Rome must-see locatons. I will rebook here anytime vositing Rome without question.

Great location—yet quiet

We were very pleased with our 12 day stay. The staff was warm and helpful—they arranged a wonderful tour guide for us and helped us organize our departure transportation. It’s a great location, with good cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and well-decorated, a true (air conditioned) haven when the temperature climbed to 34 some afternoons.

great location and great room

Had a 21 day visit to italy, and had two separate stays here. One on the front end of our vacay and the second on the back end. Rooms were as expected, clean roomy and very accommodating. The staff was very helpful in numerous situations.

Beautifully decorated with ease of the location

We loved staying in this beautifully decorated apartment which was steps away from the Colosseum. Breakfast in the morning was a wonderful touch which I looked forward to everyday. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We came in early and could drop our bags so we could explore before our room was ready. Everything about this property was top rate and would recommend to anyone! We loved our time there and will come back!

A prime location to see and experience Rome

Our stay at Bellezza al Colosseo was a wonderful experience! The room was small, but cozy, and exactly as pictured. The breakfast for €5 a day per person was awesome. Especially, ahead of a busy day of walking and sight seeing. The check-in process was a little tricky given we arrived late and it was all remote access. However, the location is perfect and you’re a very short 2mins walk to the Colosseum. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent, attentive staff

Anna and Mary were attentive and addressed all of our needs from our initial email confirming our reservation snd guiding us through the reception process, to making sure we didn’t leave any of our belongings behind after we departed. The location of the property in the quiet neighborhood south of the Colosseum is steps away from several convenient dining venues and close to both the blue Metro line and several bus routes for easily accessing the many venues Rome has to offer. The staff also kept the room clean and comfortable for our entire 5 day stay. Thank you Mary, Anna and Giuseppe for everything

GREAT location. Walking distance to the sites. The room is a bit tight, best for one suitcase or backpack travellers. Had an AC/fan unit. It was actually pretty quiet at night-close to some great restaurants. Good communication from hosts.

Five stars not enough for this amazing rental

We were blown away by this wonderful property. Steps from the coliseum and within walking distance of many historic sites. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, living and dining room--all immaculate. Wish we could extend our vacation just to have this apartment as our home base. Would return in a heart beat.

We so enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place! Our host was so informative about what to do and was extremely responsive when we needed anything!! He even supplies a cell phone to use while staying here so you don’t have to use your own data!! The cell phone was so cool because it had all the most popular places addresses stored in it with GPS tracking and everything!! It was our first time in Italy and we had a wonderful time!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Very close to Colosseum

The room was great! The staff was great! The location was great (2 blocks from the Colosseum, walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants). I only rate it lower for future renters to be aware - there are many properties listed on one ad. We paid an extra 60 euro for a balcony that didn't exist. Also, when I saw the ad upon arrival, it was listed as much less expensive than what we paid.

We LOVED it!

We absolutely reccomend this B&B. Giuseppe speaks English very well and took a good amount of time to sit down and show us places to eat and things to do. He printed off our bus tickets for us the next day. The breakfast was such a low price but such a high quality. And the location is PERFECTION! In America, you would easily pay $350 for one night like this. We will gladly stay here every time we get the chance!

Lovely room

Enjoyed our stay, not too big but everything you need. Big tv on the wall and tea coffee and kettle were great for the morning. Bed and bedding very comfortable and liked the big mirrored wardrobe. Window and shutters to the street, 5 min walk to Colliseum. 4th floor with quiet elevator. Many restaurants and shops close by.

Great place to stay

The room had everything you need and is so close to the sights and restaurants. It is 4 rooms with ensuite bathrooms within a big apartment. Very quiet location after spending long days sightseeing. The hosts were also very helpful with suggestions and booking a tour for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Place

The pictures do not lie. This is a great place to stay, only two blocks from the Colosseum. Giuseppe provides a clean, comfortable and safe location. This is the place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of all the major attractions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome.
