Denna underbara lägenhet, nyrenoverad, mycket tyst och utrustade med alla bekvämligheter, är idealiskt för en stor familj, att kunna rymma upp till 6 personer och för dem som vill nå alla de stora attraktionerna i centrala Rom: beläget i centrum barock Rom bredvid via Giulia, ligger 10 minuter från Basilica of St. Peter, 3 minuter från Castel Sant'Angelo och 5 minuter från Piazza Navona och Campo de 'Fiori. Dali lägenhet, med en yta på 90 m2, ligger på bottenvåningen i en gammal byggnad med egen ingång. Bottenvåningen består av ett rymligt vardagsrum / matrum med fullt utrustat pentry och utrustade med en bäddsoffa för två personer och ett badrum med dusch.
Med en trappa leder till övervåningen består av två sovrum, en dubbel och en med två dubbelsängar konvertibla på begäran. Mellan de två rummen finns ett andra badrum med badkar.
Den eleganta vardagsrummet på bottenvåningen ger möjlighet att organisera luncher eller middagar med vänner.
Dali Lägenheten ligger i samma byggnad som Man Ray, vilket i sin tur kan rymma upp till 6 personer: det är därför perfekt för en grupp människor som vill tillbringa en semester tillsammans, fortfarande njuter av sin integritet.

Location is perfect! Close to everything but not a lot of tourist for traffic. About a 10 minute walk to anything we wanted to see. The apartment has very spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen.

We had a great experience during our stay here. The location is surrounded by many restaurants and thrift stores we enjoyed exploring. It was also a short walk and/or Uber ride to the major places we wanted to visit during our time there and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was just what our group needed. Highly recommend booking here!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Dali flat. It is so close to everything... 15 minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica, 30 minutes to the Colosseum, 10-15 minutes to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona! I was delighted to find a Nasoni on the same block. The property manager was wonderful, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and telling us about the area. She quickly replaced the broken coffee machine and communicated well. The flat was a good size for our family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The decor was not the same as the listing pictures, but all of the beds were the same. It met our needs. My major concern was the mold growing on the walls in the upstairs bathroom. I hate to even mention it, because everything else was so great. We kept the door closed and exhaust fan going when not in use. The area felt safe and there are plenty of restaurants and a mini market 5 minutes away.

Would highly recommend this property for 4 adults. Property is within a 30 min walk from all the main attractions. The property is located in a narrow alleyway which is used by cars, so there is some road noise, which could affect light sleepers!! Overall the property was excellent. We were met at the property by the lovely Benedetta, who gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit etc. We used a public taxi from the airport cost is 55 euro. Benedetta also booked our return taxi with IT taxi who were very good. Accommodation has everything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfortable and showers worked well. Maybe a change of towels would have been nice for a 4 day stay. My only complaint, and a minor one, was the creaking floor boards in the main bedroom!!

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location to walk to all the major sights. Easy communication and great recommendations. The only thing that could have made the place better would be a little more natural light but that is not possible in an older building on narrow streets. I would recommend this rental. A comfortable bed and a coffee maker were great! Thank you!

The communication was excellent from the beginning and throughout the stay. The property manager even notified us that our flight to Rome had been switched to a different airport when the airline hadn't even notified us. They arranged for a van to pick us up at the airport and transport us to the property and met us at the property to give us a run down of everything in the apartment as well as all of the neighborhoods they recommended that we visit. The apartment was perfect for us family with 2 boys age 9 & 8. They had their own separate bed room with 2 twin beds and the master bedroom had a king size bed. The decor was fabulous and really made you feel at home in Rome. When we come back to Rome we will definitely look to stay here again! Absolutely perfect!

Great place with everything you need to visit Rome. The location was fabulous… just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and other attractions near the river, and easy access to the City transit buses. We had the best cappuccino and gelato of our visit at the coffee shop on the corner, about 150’ from the apartment.

As our connecting flight was canceled, I was very concerned that we would arrive too late. Benedetta waited for us and got us checked in at the late hour. She is very patient and personable. The apartment is as advertised - clean, comfortable and the location could not be any better. You are within walking distance to everything - no need for any transportation other than your feet. Whenever I’m able to return to Rome, I would make it a point to reserve this apartment.

El apartamento es correcto en general pero las fotos creo que no se ajustan a la realidad: Los baños necesitan una reforma, en la ducha de abajo el agua sale con poca presión y en el baño de arriba el grifo esta dispuesto de tal manera que es muy complicado no llenar de agua toda la estancia. El sofá cama es muy lncomodo, una delas partes se separaba del resto del sofa y ha costado mucho dormir. Por otro lado, la cocina sirve para una emergencia, es pequeña y con menaje justo. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Roma pero fuera del ruido, sólo por eso volveria a tepetir.

Mrs. Benedetta welcomed us and was always there on whatsapp when we needed help. The airport transfer was very helpful, safe and in time. Everything was well organized. The flat had its charme, too. "Luxus apartment" in Germany would mean something else, but it was really ok. We only came here to sleep or rest a few minutes. Everything worked and the 4 beds were really good! For German breakfast, it would be good for a 4person family if there were some more cups and knifes. The flat is quite dark, but also not too hot. You can open the windows and feel safe. The surroundings are quiet. You can reach all sightseeing places in civitaveccia by foot, hop on the buses at castel angelo, and even go out in the evening for a good dinner and a stroll around Vatikan, Plaza Cavour, Campo di fiori and so on. Vatikan and Castel Angelo are really close. There are some glutenfree bakeries and safe dinner options around, which was important for us. We had a lovely stay.

I had my parents, 9 yr old daughter as well as my husband stay here for 5 days We called it "Our Home in Rome" We could not have asked for a more inviting stay. Benedetta was the BEST. She treated my daughter like a Queen and my father like a King. So many food options within walking distance. I would defiantly stay here again. I miss Roma!! Francesca From Oregon

The property is in need of renovations. The location is fantastic and property manager is very helpful. But this property is far from luxury, so if you are okay with 3 star property book it but if you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

La casa tiene acabados diferentes a los de las fotos publicitadas, en suelo y algún mueble. Esto no es un problema, pero el anuncio no se ajusta a la realidad. Nos recibió y atendió en todo momento Benedetta, una persona maravillosa y amable, muy cariñosa y siempre pendiente de nosotros. Teníamos una fuga de agua desde el baño del piso superior al salón del piso inferior. Esto hizo inutilizable uno de los baños. El arrendador nunca contactó con nosotros. Hubiese sido correcto que se nos devolviera parte del dinero pagado por la estancia, ya que las características del alojamiento ya no eran las mismas al no poder utilizar uno de los dos baños. Lo único que nos descontó fue el impuesto turístico y porque no pudimos pagarlo el primer día ya que necesitábamos datáfono. El tercer dia de nuestra estancia fue un fontanero, abrió un agujero que no sirvió para nada, y con el agujero los 8 días. En fin… falta de mantenimiento, muchísima, uno de los escalones del salón se desmontó nada más llegar, telarañas, arañas… limpieza regular. La ropa de cama y baño bien eso si. Muy muy muy bien ubicada. Le salva esto.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THE SHOWER DOOR The Good: Benedetta was wonderful Car service from the airport was great Good location Good amount of room Comfortable, clean beds Awesome air conditioning and VERY quiet The Bad: The shower door is broken and completely open to the bathroom. It’s really bad and no one should use this shower til it’s fixed. Alternatively, the other bathroom is a tub only and when you try to use it as a shower, water leaks and goes through the floor into the living room. Total disaster. You are required to dump your own garbage down the street about a block away or else they charge you 35. Lots of flys in the kitchen sink Not enough towels Extremely low ceilings. If you are above 6’ tall be prepared to hit your head.

Upper floor bathtub leaked to first floor — soaking couch. Lower bathroom shower missing door — Representative said plumber was coming to fix it but doubt the plumber was ever called. Seems it was missing for a long time. Lower bathroom has mold. Small area on first floor —pictures make it look larger. Good location for everything. Homeless people around area but seem harmless. You have to take out your own garbage — a few blocks away. Had to ask for more toilet paper — 1 role each bathroom for 4 people staying a week. Had to ask for more towels — just 4 for 4 people one week. No screens on windows so you can’t open them (actually wood shutters). Bed linen smelled —- needs to be cleaned. Light bulbs burnt out. Just find somewhere else to stay….

We enjoyed our stay & the location was very convenient to Piazza Navona, Castel Sant Angelo, Vatican City, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain & so many restaurants! It was very hot while we were there & the AC units were a lifesaver! The washing machine came in handy as well (especially since we needed 2 outfits a days due to the heat). The only reason I did give a 5 was because we had some issues with the showers. They were very responsive to our texts & tried to get one of the shower doors fixed. We were able to use both but had to get a little creative. The sleeping arrangement was great for our family of 5!! We had a nice stay.
