Denna 3 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger perfekt i det kända Trastevere kvarteret. Steg ut ytterdörren och förundras över de många piazzaerna, blomstrande balkonger och kända landmärken.
Denna lägenhet är stor, 1184 kvadratfot, och rymmer upp till 9 gäster. Beläget i en elegant byggnad når du lägenheten med hiss till första våningen (kallad 2: a våningen i USA.)
Vardagsrummet är rymligt med en bekväm dubbel bäddsoffa. Köket med matplats är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat. Diskmaskin, kylskåp, frys, 2-bröd spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, och naturligtvis köksredskap.

Perfect for the 7 people we had, great communication from the owners and location was good as well. Everything was fairly clean which was a plus for sure. Only thing was we went to checkin at 3 and it wasn’t ready yet the cleaner was still there, a quick call to the owner and they figured it out for us and we got in within the next 45 min. I would recommend this place!

In the heart of Trastevere

We booked this apartment to visit our daughter who is studying abroad. Great location in Trastevere in walking distance to fabulous restaurants and just across the bridge to central Rome. Easy walk to the Coliseum and beyond to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain....Europe is all about walking and exploring. Short cab ride to the Vatican. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend - especially to families who have students studying at John Cabot. You cannot get a better location to your study abroad student.

Perfect location, perfect apartment

We were a group of 6 (three couples). This property was spacious and very comfortable for our group. Lots of markets and places to eat or grab a drink close by and also within walking distance of most of the monuments you will want to see! Quiet and clean neighborhood. The hosts were very good at arranging for car service from the airport and to the train station. He was also very helpful when we had some travel issues and one couple needed to get into the unit while the rest of us were out. Would stay here again for sure and recommend it highly.

Comfort and Great Location

Our short stay in Rome was greatly enhanced by this Trastevere apartment. Beds and linens were first rate and plentiful. The on site manager very attentive and quite helpful. Our large family fit perfectly. Everything worked and problems mentioned by previous guests were non existent. I did have to follow up to make sure we were greeted with keys on arrival. And would recommend lining up arrival times a few days ahead. Maybe that was me being nervous, because once we connected we were smooth sailing. Thank you for a fun stay!

Excellent location!

The location is great. It is calm and quiet but close to all local tourist sites. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. We had a very easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

I traveled to Rome with my family (6 adults) and was very disappointed with this apartment. Upon arrival we were informed that one of the toilets were running and to keep flushing it in order to make it stop. Unfortunately, the running toilet did not stop and ran all night long. We also found out that the shower in that same bathroom was also broken which left us with one bathroom for 6 adults. When we contacted the property manager we were informed that they knew about this problem and that it was being fixed that day. Needless to say they never fixed it. The apartment was also infested with small gnats (fruit fly) which was extremely annoying. The apartment is located outside the main tourist area which is nice but I would not recommend this apartment since there are so many other places that you could find to suit your needs.

Wonderful location in Trastevere convenient to many restaurants., pubs, and cafes.

Check in with Orlando was simple. We had to move between properties and Orlando took care of the the transfer and everything for us. Very easy process. The apartment is as specified and included everything you need to enjoy your days in Rome. We enjoyed our experience thoroughly.

Family vacation

I recently stayed here with my husband, two children and grandmother. We used the apartment for two days to recover flying in from the US before embarking on the next leg of the journey. It is a very large apartment, plenty of space for everyone in a quiet neighborhood and building. It was the perfect place to rebound. The manager was lovely and the location was near a bus and trolley line that lent itself to easy access to the Forum and Colosseum. There are also several quaint restaurants within a short walking distance.

The food in Trastevere is exceptional. The apartment had good sized rooms and VERY comfortable beds. I’d come back to this location!!!! The property was clean. Orlando was on speed dial. I’d be lost without him!!!

lovely apartment in good location be aware of charge for late check in.

Our family of 5 really liked this apartment. It was clean and had lots of space for us. The location was very good. My major concern was that the manager was not very flexible or accommodating. We were forewarned about an extra charge of 50. Euros for a late check-in. I had everything well planned out. our flight was supposed to arrive at 6:00 in the evening and to make things go smoothly I had a pick up service to meet us at the airport and bring us directly to the apartment. Well the flight was delayed by 2 hours totally out of my control. I e-mailed to let the manager know the situation. The pick up service did meet us as soon as we arrived at the airport and brought us quickly to the apartment. It was about 9:30 in the evening when we arrived. Although I explained the situation to the manager and that I could not control airline delays we were still charged the late arrival fee.I felt that was unfair. So although the apartment is really nice I want people to know about this policy and be prepared. Even though I had preplanned arrival times and had arranged pick up there are things that could happen out of your control to make you arrive late. and the manager is firm with this extra charge.

Great stay in Trasteverde!

Very lovely apartment - lots of room for a group of 6! The host Orlando could not have been kinder or more helpful. The unit was exactly as advertised, spotless with lots of sheets and towels. Location was Perfect - close to bus and tram stops and great coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. No complaints - would rent again if we were in Rome - a truly lovely apartment, modern and spacious with great Wifi and all the amenities!

Stayed with some friends in late June / early July 2017. The apartment is very nice and well furnished/equipped. The Trastevere location is very conveniently located. The owner and the property manager were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

The flat is situated in the heart of Trastevere with all central Rome within walking distance. Staff (Orlando) is very serviceminded and punctual. For a foodie like me the kitchen would require an upgrade if the 5'th star should be acchieved. I see on the description that there's alledgedly an oven. We couldn't find one. Still - absolutely recommendable.
