“As someone who's stayed in 1-2 star hotels before, I felt like I knew what I was getting. A somewhat clean bed and a usable bathroom... that's all I ask for. However this place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. For the bathroom: the toilet had fecal matter still inside it (flushing didn't help), there wasn't any shower curtains nor towels, and the toilet and shower were extremely dirty. “It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“Eleanor at the front desk went out of her way with her kindness. The manager was approachable and attentive. The restraint and bar staff were efficient and accommodating. The entire property was immaculately kept. The pool was heated, which was very nice for the chilly days. ”
