“Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.”

“Cute rustic cabin tucked away with a bit of property for kids and dog to play. Easy access from main road. Check in/check out was a breeze! Would have liked to have been closer to somewhere with direct lake access - we listened to workers cutting tree limbs down most of the time. Owners were very thorough with amenities provided and great to work with. We did not locate any sheets for the pullout couch - we thought that was included with the linens, but I guess we should have brought some...

“Enjoyed our stay, cabin was just as presented, new, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and a central location. The screened porch was a favorite spot to enjoy the water and nature. Beds comfortable and a nice bathroom and shower. Definitely recommend!!!”

“Audrey was an excellent host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place is excellent and well described. Very good walkability into Penn Yan - somewhat uncommon for house on Keuka Lake. We recommend stopping in at Indian Pines Farm Market which is a short walk up 54A. Beach is awesome! Walk-out depth and a mix of rocks and sand, water shoes recommended due to zebra muscles. “Large yard and country location was great for our 2 dogs. Close to Watkins Glen. Place has a cool cabin vibe. Window air conditioners did a great job keeping the entire house cool and we were there during a very hot week. Minor issue with the gas grill being out of propane and that issue was taken care of promptly. Great service! Will go back and would recommend to everyone.”
