The owners are wonderful, met us to take us to the property and provide several nice amenities. They also checked in on us to make sure we were okay and provided several options for things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend if you want a true Italian experience.”

“The location is excellent and the view from this property is stunning! Literally walk out your front door and down the steps to the main road lining Varenna. Very walkable! We knew the age of the house based on pictures and description, which is why it was charming and felt “old Italy,” but age did show with some things, like the upstairs bathroom. “Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à "L'appel du Lac" chez Carla. La maison est très grande et surtout très propre. Le linge de maison fourni sent très bon le frais et est aussi très propre. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Agréable d'aller au village à pied le matin chercher le pain pour la journée ainsi que quelques pâtisseries. “Maison dans un cadre fort reposant. Deconnexion, repos, balade, baignade, barbecue. Les vacances quoi ! Accueil et disponibiite des prprietaires italiens tres sympathiques. On vous recommande cette adresse si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un cadre "Relax" Petit bonus, nous avions chaque soir un spectacle magnifique la nuit. Une danse de lucioles, visible de la terrasse de la maison. ”
