Town Houses i Roncone

“OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. “Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.”

“Det var en härlig upplevelse att bo i ett så historiskt välbevarat och fräscht hotell med modern och extremt serviceinriktad ägarfamilj. Staden Arco kommer som pricken över i.”

“Tutto perfetto”

There was no restaurant, no air conditioning, and the overall standard was well below our expectations. The biggest disappointment was that our room was not cleaned even once during our three-night stay. The beds were never made, the towels were not replaced, and no housekeeping was provided at...
