“We had a great stay! The space was clean and located in the perfect area. The room was a bit dated compared to the pictures but we’d still stay there again. We arrived a little early and asked if we could check in but were told cleaning was still in process and they’d contact us if they finished early. However when we parked in front of the unit there was no one there. We killed time wandering around town and took our dogs to the beach but never saw any cleaners so it had obviously been cleaned...

I reached out to let them know via the message app (no phone number given to try to call) and just continued trying while I waited for an answer. Took about 50 more attempts for it to finally let us in.
