Mysig gul Lakefront stuga

Denna pittoreska sjöstrand 2 Br, 1 badstuga ligger i en familjevänlig förening på sydvästra sidan av vackra Higgins Lake. Sjön är vårmatad och klar med sandbotten så förhållandena är utmärkta för barn (och vuxna) att leka och simma i vattnet. Stugan är helt möblerad, mycket ren och väl underhållen.
De två sovrummen har vardera en dubbelsäng. Det finns en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och en dubbel bäddsoffa i solrummet. Sängkläder är möblerade.
Badet har en badkar / duschkombination. Handdukar är möblerade. Ta med egna badhanddukar.
Köket har en elektrisk spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och brödrost. Rätter och kastruller ingår. Det finns en riklig matplats i köket.
Takfläktar finns i sovrum, vardagsrum, kök och solrum. Det finns wifi tillgängligt. Vår förening är en rökfri miljö.
Denna stuga är ren, ljus och glad tack vare de många (nya) fönstren.

Heaven on Earth

Charming cottage

I absolutely adore this cottage and how it’s decorated. It is set up perfectly for our family. The kitchen was perfect for our needs as I cooked for my family every day there. Check in was super easy as well as check out. This is our second year here and we will return again as long as we can book in time as this books up fast.There were times (especially weekend days) that the shared dock can get very busy, but that did not affect us and our enjoyment of the property.

Up North Tradition

We have stayed at this little cottage 3 times over the last 7 summers and we always have a great time. Our mom actually stayed here as a kid before my grandparents built their house which is still right down the road. The host is always available and communicative and the residents in the area always make us feel welcome. You can’t find a better location and the price is just right. The only complaint we’ve had is that it gets too hot in the west side of the cottage in the afternoon and evening. They have added a portable a/c which helps. Otherwise, it is always a great stay.

Great place on the water!

we had a wonderful stay at Jerrys place! Everyone in the community was kind and welcoming- our kids were able to play with other kids! We enjoyed keeping our boat in the water and we loved having the basketball court. thanks for a great stay in a beautiful location!

Great stay!

This is our second year staying here, and we are already booked for come back next year. You couldn’t get a better location! The cottage is clean and provides more than enough space. It sits right on the water with beautiful views and access to the lake, especially if you have a boat moored. Jerry communicates very effectively and all of the people we met/talked with on the property were very friendly and helpful as well.

Higgins Lake Gem

This was our second year at the yellow cottage. It was a perfect week for our getaway. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable. Very clean. The kitchen is well stocked, which was great because we cooked a lot! Enjoyed the beautiful view. Never have seen such a beautiful lake! Great for boating and swimming. Very nice dock. Easy to get in and out of the water with the stairs. Hope to come back!

Great cottage for resting and relaxing but if you want water it is right in front of you.

My husband and I came up to rest and relax. We enjoyed watching the watching the water and being in the water. The people are so nice and friendly. The cottage is beautiful, decorated cute and very clean. We can’t wait to rent from them again. Best experience highly recommend this cottage.
