“Didn’t get the right room”

“Rummet var väldigt slitet och saknade möbler utöver säng och ett bord. Inte ens en stol. Det var trots allt bra städat.”

“Well they have a lot of false advertisement because none of the amenities are ever in the room there's no pots no pans no silverware is no dishes you come here prepared to cook and there's nothing to use so that's one big thing I have to pitch about the other is there's no extra blankets there's no towels they told us we had to do our own towels and blankets and sheets on the coffee maker we got four days into the stay which it doesn't have a top so we have to stand there and hold the spoon...

“I reserved a king size bed and a room with a refrigerator and. Microwave that was supposed to be remodeled and clean. This was not the case. The places was infested with roaches and bed bugs . The room had black mold in the bathroom and the shower. The dry wall was falling off the walls . The cable didn't work. And when are notified hotel staff they ignored. We asked for a room change and were denied any help or compensation in any way.. bc I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning at 8am I...

“Det är under all kritik att det är listat någon stans. Det är ett tillhåll för narkomaner och utsatta, inget hotell.”

“This hotel is not only clean and comfortable, it is also located near good restaurants. We were in Phoenix for a medical appointment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, located about two miles away. We were perfectly situated.”

“I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

“Super nice hotel. Excellent gym(!!), super nice really. Pool areas and a playground for adults ;-) with pool table, ping pong, golf simulator, shuffle board and more. Almost brand new. Only negative is no breakfast or restaurant at hotel, apart from that, I really appreciated the stay and would definitely select it next time again.”

“Underbart! Kommer garanterat tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt! ”
