“What I liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed extra pillows and towels and they made sure that we got them in a timely manner. Beds were comfortable. What I didn't like: The fact that it wasn't specified on the listing as an "extended stay" motel. There were a lot of people that live at the motel. The property had trash cans overflowing and trash piled up next to the cans. It had cars that were in varying levels of operability. There even was someone smoking...

“Despite it being under consideration the rooms where very clean and nice. The parking lot was well lit and not dark like other places I've stayed at. Nick the manager was very helpful and made sure the complimentary breakfast was well stocked. Great stay overall and I will be returning to stay whenever I'm in the Phoenix area.”

“This is a great hotel. I’ve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area. Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasn’t good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.”
