“It was unkept. No rack to hang dresses, when I asked for one they said they didn't have any. It was pure squalor. I could not bear to stay there we left and found a place that didn't make me want to vomit. The help was mentally not there.”

“I had a nice, quiet stay here over the weekend. Housekeeping kept the room neat and tidy. Although I chose the hot tub suite, I was too busy to use it. However, I love the blur lighting above it and the surrounding mirrors. Pros: The room has a fridge and a microwave. Cons: There are no drawers or bathroom counter space. Overall, it was a good stay.”

“We stayed overnight while helping our daughter move near by. The hotel was basic, but clean, with basic amenities. Check in was quick and easy.”

“Första man möts av på hotellrummet är fläckiga överkast på båda sängarna. Trasiga byrålådor, brännhål från cigaretter på filtarna i sängarna , trasiga lakan på sidan , inte mycket som var bra med det hotellet , man hörde råttor mellan väggarna på nätterna . Rätt sunkigt hotell , om man ska säga nått positivt så är det väl att det var många tv-kanaler och nära till ett mindre shoppingcenter . ”

“So the hallways didn’t smell very good. I read this in other reviews and thought it wasn’t that bad but yes it was. Also the other doors to go out the key card didn’t work at all. It rained and the smell from outside came inside through the a/c unit. Other than that it was good. The beds were soft and comfortable. The water was hot and nice. The refrigerator kept cold. We only stayed 1 day. The price matched. Staff and other guess were friendly as well.”

“Bra läge med restauranger inom gångavstånd. Ca 20 min gångavstånd till Naperville Metra stationen som tar dig in till Chicago centrum på drygt 30 minuter. Ok rum med fungerande städning. Inga problem. Inte mycket hygienartiklar på rummet utan bara en liten tvål. ”

“During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a...
