Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Easy walk into the centre of Ragusa Ibla and free parking a 5 minute walk down the hill. Andrea, the manager, was delightful. She was so apologetic for making us wait to walk us from the parking to the hotel even though we had screwed up and not replied to her last message! She made great restaurant recommendations. “Déception à l'arrivée, le palace n'était pas du tout ce que nous avions imaginé. Le lit était très mou, donc deux mauvaises nuit. La decoration du soi-disant Palace était très éclectique et pas du tout de bon goût. Pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons du le prendre à l'extérieur dans un palace qui pour le coup portait bien son nom, nous aurions préféré celui-là !!! Attention, en pleine saison la plupart des chambres doivent êtres très bruyantes de par l'activité nocturne de la ville.”
