“We had no hot water for showers, the basin in the main bathroom has a plumbing issue as is leaking underneath and door handle fell off the bathroom. Tried to communicate with the property manager and still have not received a response to the water issue from her. Stayz people were fantastic trying to sort it out. Needs a proper clean with the bathmat containing other guests hair etc. we went to our graduation with having no showers. I would not recommend.”

“Check in was very easy but we had a problem with our billing invoice that was unresolved by the time we left. We changed the dates of our stay and feel we were charged for six nights rather than five. Host was unable to resolve the issue.House was spacious with a lovely sitting room in the back.
