“En av de värsta jag varit på. Fantastiskt dålig service och kommunikation från er på hotels.com & hotellet. Hade köpt free breakfast för 4pers men det stämde inte någonstans. Otrevlig personal och att lägga så mycket tid på att reda ut en frukost va inte kul alls...”

“Hotel was excellent! We went to an event at the convention center and it was super close. Our room was beautiful and clean. Architecture of the entire building were great. Parking was expensive but that seems to be par for the course when staying downtown. Only complaint would be staff at hotel bar, they were not kind nor attentive. Gratuity was added in automatically. ”

“Great apartment "hotel" with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a apartment complex this is more of a home than a hotel. In a quiet area with walking distance to bars and resturants and with an assigned parking space next too the building. The place is clean but don't look too close on the upper shelves. “Was there for an event on New Years Eve. Didn't think they would need a bartender so they had one very over worked person making drink for everyone. Killed most of the whole night as everyone just spent all night just trying to get a drink. ”
