“It’s a fairly new build, location isn’t ideal. It seems like the local area is trying to go through a revitalization of sorts. It is predominantly Hispanic businesses and also a lot of vacant buildings. There are very few nearby restaurants or even grocery stores nearby. There are limited kitchen items, especially storage containers if you plan to cook anything. The biggest issue we had was the parking situation. It is very challenging. “Very Beautiful place! Our family truly enjoyed ourselves even tho it was just an overnight stay. The back yard accommodations were perfect. We decided to utilize the outdoor grill instead of eating out. Great family memories were made. House has everything you will need. It’s close by to all the attractions. Denny was great host! We would definitely stay there again.”

“The property was a good value for a one night stay in the area. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, but the floors and couch were a little dirty. The mildew/mold smell was strong coming from the basement. The smell issues usually happen to older properties that are not being lived in full time and are fixable. The property served the purpose that we needed and is in a convient location.”

Quick drive into downtown Chattanooga. Also quick drive to Rock City. We would rent again.Backyards opened up into each other but the weather was very cold and we did not utilize. ”
