“Location is ideal. Room was mostly as advertised. No info about how to operate the TV or the wi fi password in the room. Communication w proprietor was not great. Bathroom had no shower curtain. Beds comfy. Heating worked great. Didn’t try the AC. Frig clean and functional. Nice budget stay for an overnight en route to Mackinac Island. ”

“We only needed a clean, comfortable place to rest while driving a long ways and this definitely fit the bill! There is a lot of potential and an outdoor light is needed for late arrivals but very easy and fit our purposes perfectly!”

“The cottage was great for a tired couple who needed a place to recharge and a home base for exploring the area. It was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. ”

“After reading the reviews I was a little worried on booking, but I was like hey everyone has a different experience. The house was very clean! Our favorite view was from the backyard/sunroom. Nothing beats that beautiful view! The only thing bad that I have to say is if you like a little night pizza to snack on bring your own pizza cutter! But otherwise our stay was wonderful. The host communicated back with us in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this location again. ”

“The house was secluded so that was a huge plus. Plenty of parking as well if you have multiple cars. Communication with host was lacking until the week of the stay. That aside, very nice stay.”

“It was described accurately. Could use more seating in the living room and definitely mirrors in the bedrooms. The neighborhood was old however walking distance to restaurants and ferry was great. Fireplaces put out great heat and the kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances. ”

“My sister and I went up to go shopping and it was great just a short walk to stores and restaurants.”

“Great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Right on the lake and fairly secluded. Clean and everything seemed new. I only a couple minor concerns.1. Google maps takes you to the wrong sode of the road. This is not the owners fault but I think an issue woth google maps location.2. Llighting in the house was limited to eaither super bright or no lights. This is more of a personnel prfrnace, I like lights then can make a room dimmer in the evenings. But if thats not your thing, then...

“We were visiting family in the area and this was the perfect “home” base. The cabin was immaculate. It IS small, but perfect as we were running around all over most days. The neighborhood is quiet and we even had some friend neighbor dogs that came to visit each day. We had bonfires and enjoyed the view. All in all just perfect.”

“Great location for traveling to St. Ignace, Mackinac Island, and Tahquemenon Falls. Exactly what we needed for a family of five. ”

“Very quiet area on Lake Munro. The house has a nice layout, with good size rooms. Convenient location for exploring the area. Had a nice stay there!”

“We’ve been making our way around MI coastal towns and happened upon this house for our trip to Cheboygan. The house was great; nice, new, all the amenities. Only complaint, the wi-fi coverage wasn’t great and the internet connection was spotty, and that is kind of expected given the location. Otherwise everything was great.”
