“This house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us visiting family as well as to Saratoga and other locations.”

“Such a beautiful location! Sitting on the deck to watch the sunset can't be beat! Great house for all ages- our family from age 4 to 91 enjoyed our stay. The owners were so quick to respond and were great hosts.”

“The house is huge! Accommodated our group of 11 perfectly. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Can't wait to stay again!”

“Unconventional but extremely convenient and seamless check in. Very attentive staff. Would be happy to stay here again!”

“Plenty of room for two families. 5 kids and 4 adults. We enjoyed a day at the races and a day on the lake. House was comfortable and fully equipped. Views were amazing. Communication with host was great. Appreciated the basket that had toothbrushes, mucinex etc. Very thoughtful. The Saratoga related gifts were a great touch. Highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Cardinal’s Nest! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything was even better than described, and it was obvious the owners take great pride in keeping the property comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, including the battlefields, parks, and other points of interest, making it easy to explore the area without spending a lot of time driving. “Room met our needs for an overnight stay, while attending a show at SPAC! Room was clean. Appears to have been recently renovated, with renovations in progress to other rooms within the motel complex. Reasonably priced.”

“It was a wonderful stay. Mike was very responsive to messages. The space was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend staying there if you are in the area and need a place to stay.”

“Roomy, comfortable place to spend the night. It’s a converted space, attached to the rear of the owners house. Tesla charger less than 3 miles away, and quick to interstate. No trouble with food close by (though the local diner on the corner—easy walk— was closed when I was there). Otherwise, very nice layover on your roadtrip.”

“The Gray Horse was equipped with everything we needed. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely and very clean. The house was ideally located near all the places we wanted to visit in Saratoga Springs - with a great restaurant and cafe within walking distance too. Our hosts were very attentive and checked with us frequently to make sure we we had everything we needed. We had a delightful stay here.”
