“Clean room, good price and friendly staff”

“Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be...

“Had some kind of bugs in the bed that came out as soon as we turned off the light. Informed the staff at check-out, but they didn't seem to care. We actually left in the middle of the night because of the bugs. The room was filthy, the drain in the sink was full of hair. Floor was also dirty and the blanket had stains...”

“There was a pair of used panties left hung up behind the bathroom door. I dog was allowed to roam the hallway without a leash. Hair was left on the floor of my room. The breakfast was not good. The fruit was brown. The waffle mix tasted old. ”
