“Staff is friendly and helpful. On second day, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Staff was very prompt to switch me to a different room. Breakfast is good and location is super and convenient to where I need to be. Room rate is one of the most reasonable rates in Round Rock area. Rate is one of the factors to select this hotel, especially for long term stay.”

“We were told that arrival time was 3 pm. I showed up at the 3 pm arrival time and was told that nothing was available and that it would be another 15 minutes. I gave them 20. Came back inside and was told that it would still be more time as they were still cleaning the rooms and that it would be another 15 minutes. Long story short we got into our room around 3:50. Room was very poorly maintained. There was mold on the top of the shower backsplash, what looked like blood splatter on the mattress...

“Had some kind of bugs in the bed that came out as soon as we turned off the light. Informed the staff at check-out, but they didn't seem to care. We actually left in the middle of the night because of the bugs. The room was filthy, the drain in the sink was full of hair. Floor was also dirty and the blanket had stains...”

“Friendly staff and very clean. The only disappointing thing was when I went to take a shower, my boyfriend stepped off the bed into a large puddle of water. Apparently there was a leak somewhere inside the wall. Not sure what caused it. The manager came with a cart, and we moved to a smaller room. The bed wasn't that comfortable either.”
