“Staff was nice, however housekeeping never came once to clean our room. We did not have the do not disturb hanging either. Other than that, no issues.”

“The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. “I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice.”

“Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.”
