“I was somewhat disappointed. For a place that advertised luxury it wasn’t at all luxury. There was a distinct smell in the room and simple items that denote luxury weren’t there apparent. Couch was soiled and bath towels were thin and overages from years of use. ”

“Mouillé Point Places is a convient location. Bus stop just out front and a Red City Sightseeing bus stop a few minutes walk up the street Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Bobo’s or Lily’s for lunch or dinner. Our flat had a lovely ocean view. The building has security guards on duty at all times. While we were there, the water heater in our flat broke and the maintenance team fixed it in about two hours. A great place to stay. DW Cincinnati USA”

“I was very happy at One Calais, everything was clean and worked. Check in was simple and the room well fitted out. The apartment is in a nice area and very close to all the restaurant and shops in Sea Point. The only thing you guys need to invest in is a generator or solar. The load shedding is a pain.”

“The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. “Mysig lägenhet mitt i centrala Franschhoek. Nära till Wine Tram och ett stort utbud av restauranger. Lägenheten var rymlig, fräsch och modern med de faciliteter man behöver. Lägenheten hade även ett par stolar utomhus och låg i anslutning till en liten pool. Vi bor gärna där igen. ”

“Great area and property ! Travelled from the uk with family to Cape Town on holiday . Everything in apartment was fine except they could do with having fans or AC. Especially for those of us coming from colder climates not used to the heat there. Check in process could be better too . Overall safe area with a lot of security, it’s a gated community so you feel very safe .”

“I loved the historical building. The loft rooms were trendy and nicely decorated. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Could have been a bit more attention to detail, like marks on the couch cushions that could have been cleaned off. There is no parking if you come in a vehicle and we had to leave our car in the street which we weren't very happy about. There was a guard there and the car was fine though.”
