"The staff were all so kind and helpful, the view is beautiful over the trees, and the food at the restaurant were delicious - both the breakfast and the dinner (a la carte). Disappointed that there's no elevator, hotel staff confirmed this, which made it a struggle for the eldest in our company to make it up for the stairs to the second floor where the restaurant is."

"The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay."
