Ferienhaus Samsa in Rovinj - Borik 250 m vom Strand

Our house is located in the quiet Borik (“Pine Forest”) neighborhood of Rovinj, an area with single-family homes featuring gardens and plenty of woods, just 250 m (a 5-minute walk) from the beach. A supermarket and restaurant are only 150 m from the house. The historic old town of Rovinj, with its narrow medieval streets, is just 2.5 km away.

Vacation Home A4+1 is a semi-detached house with a separate entrance, suitable for 4–5 people. It consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (including a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cookware and tableware, kitchen towels, etc.), a restroom (toilet and sink), and a large terrace with patio furniture and umbrellas, offering direct access to the garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, each with a 160 × 200 cm bed, a bathroom with a window (bathtub with shower, toilet, sink), and a large balcony.

Val de Lesso Beach is just a few minutes’ easy walk away, either along the forest path or through the village. It is mostly a pebble and stone beach with easy access to the water, making it very suitable for children. The beach has recently been equipped with showers and changing rooms, as well as a children’s playground shaded by old pine trees. There is a beach bar with live music in the evening, the well-known Blue restaurant, and several snack bars. A section of the beach is specifically designated as a dog-friendly beach.

Daily groceries can be purchased at a supermarket located 150 meters away. The farmers’ market (daily), fish market, and other shops and supermarkets are located in the city center.
