Holiday House OLLY is a 3 star Holiday house. It is located in Štanjera - a part of the town distant about 2,5 km from Rovinj city centre and most beaches on the Rovinj shoreline, but just about 700 m from the tourist camps Villas Rubin and Polari, with everything you may need in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings or can easily be reached by car. Cycling, running and walking routes are all available close by, leading you to the gorgeous Rovinj beachline. The interior size amounts to 112 m2 and there is a big nice sunny terrace/patio. The whole object is located on the ground floor.
The House consists of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, a lovely comfortable living room with a sofa (which can be used as an additional sleeping facility for 2 persons), a completely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and with a dining area, as well as a terrace perfect to enjoy a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this holiday house is an ideal place for families or friends to spend the holidays.
Everything you may need is either at walking distance or can easily be reached in a short bike or car drive. With the town center at a short drive away, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
A private parking place is available. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
