LA GRONDA Holiday House

LA GRONDA Holiday House is located near Tourist camp Vestar, 500 meters from the nearest beach and 6 km from the town of Rovinj. The house is spread over one floor. Interior size is 120 m2 and terrace is 100 m2. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden of 1000 m2. A covered jacuzzi is available in the courtyard of the house. In addition to the jacuzzi, guests have 4 deck chairs at their disposal. The guests have at disposal BBQ facilities.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 200€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
