Dear Mr. Richard, We are very sorry that we didn't make your stay as pleasant as you wanted. Regarding the air condition in our hotel, there is a central system of cooling/heating and days before your arrival date (begining October),at the request of other guests in the hotel, in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible, we switched the system from cooling to heating. During the night the outiside temeprature was 10 degrees Celsius. All other guest found the temperature in the house pleasant and didn't request air conditioning in their rooms. Regarding the payment, as you have booked through agency we have communicated with the agency and we have charged them only for one night and not total amount for 3 nights. It seems that there was some kind of misunderstanding as we have never requested the agency to pay full amount but only cancellation costs for the first night. We are trully sorry that you didn't stay with us and enjoyed the experience but we would never charged the full amount if you haven't stayd in hotel at all. So please check once more with your kind rep that offered you a voucher what was the amount paid to hotel for your resrevation. In case you have any questions please contact us at any time.
