Il manquait toujours de l’eau chaude lors d’une seule douche. Pas de rideau pour la noirceur dans la chambre. L’escalier pour monter à l’appartement est extrêmement vieux et sale. L’appartement est bien équipée de toutes choses nécessaires mais il y a beaucoup de manques et de choses à améliorer.”
