“Love this area!! This is our third visit to Saddleback and will not be our last. Beautiful home, great location! I could not have asked for more. The only minor disappointment was the fireplace was not working. Not a deal breaker, but we love to come back after a cold day of skiing and warm up by a fire. Again, wasn’t a huge deal and we loved our time there. Looking forward to the next trip in the near future.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Riverfront Farmhouse. The design & interiors of this vacation home are well thought out...pleasing, intuitive & well appointed. The sighting of the house on the beautiful wooded lot is perfect for privacy, views of the woods and southern exposure. We spent several March afternoons on the sun filled deck. In addition, the hosts thought of everything to accommodate our comfort and needs. We felt welcomed and communication was excellent.”

Abram —so close, so reasonably priced and the best mountain staff! Sunsets in the hot tub-ahhh!!! Local restaurants in Bethel - Mountain Social Kitchen - delicious meal and drinks. Snowshoeing at Buck’s Ledge Trail- so close with beautiful views. Although the temps dipped into the teens, we were so warm and cozy...

“Very family oriented 3 story chalet. We stayed 3 nights and the owner was always available for questions we had. We had 13 in our party 6 adults, 7 children ages 8 mos to 10 yrs old. We will plan another family vacation to stay here again!”

“Lovely time at this clean and well kept home near Greenwood Lake in Bethel. An easy 20-25 minute drive to Sunday River, this home is well-stocked, comfortable, and remote offering a little downtime after a full day on the slopes. Teenaged boys enjoyed hot tub and ping pong table. Kitchen was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and utensils and cooking appliance / surfaces all worked well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone.”

There was plenty of cookware, the bedding was super nice, the wood stove was so warm and created such a nice atmosphere, and the decor and design of the dome made for such a wonderful and comfortable stay! “We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH.
