“A very nice & spacious rental in an excellent location. Would rent again.”

“Location is perfect for anything and everything University of Arizona! We stayed during graduation festivities and it was so easy to walk from location to campus and stadium. Pros: Air conditioning/fans worked wonderfully! On site parking spot!Cons: Lock box situation was hard to open—maybe because box was old? The bathroom window does not have a lock/hinge rusted so window doesn’t close all the way—giving people view of person showering! We weren’t able to access the television during our stay...

“Only tough thing about this place is being left to your own devices to find street parking. Area was jam packed with parked cars, so I felt quite lucky each night when I would find ONE spot. Thankfully I did so it wasn't a huge problem, but definitely something I could see being stressful for some.”

“this was the perfect place for our family! the house was so clean and comfortable and had so many amenities- hair dryers, shampoo, outfitted kitchen and coffe bar, pool, hot tub and more. we loved morning coffee in the courtyard before attending graduation activities. the pool and large outdoor dining table provided a wonderful way to re-group at the end of the day! can’t wait to come back!”

“The location is exceptionally close to UofA. The house is very charming and has nice old-world details. It is comfortable for 2 people, but it is small. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It has the quirks of a 100-year-old house, but it worked well for our visit but we love old houses. Time Market, a few blocks away, is a gem for lunch, coffee, beer/wine, snacks. The backyard is not completely fenced if you are bringing a dog. Communication was great.”

“I had a wonderful stay! This little gem was a perfect spot for me. It was a great location close to both U of A and where my students lives. I arrived late at night and really appreciated the lights both inside and out being on. Very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable! I look forward to staying there again!”

“I really enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of Fourth Ave, downtown, and the UofA campus. Empire Market grocery store is just steps away. The next-door neighbor’s cuckoo clock and the Union Pacific trains might be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. Loved the enclosed patio between the front house and this rear carriage house. I would stay here again.”

“It was a wonderful stay.as you entered the home and looked around you could tell the host made a concentrated effort to make his guests feel at home - as all things in the house was put in place to make the stay as comfortable as can be.Thumbs up to the host.”

“So glad I found this rental, it was perfect for our week visiting family. Centrally located, comfortable and had everything we needed. The brewery/ coffee shop and the pizza place next door were good and convenient. Hope to stay here again on our next visit. ”

“The house was as expected from description and pictures. Simple but user friendly. Easy to reach the property manager with no issues during our stay. ”

“This was our first time at the gem show so didn't know what to expect. This place is in a perfect spot to get to places with some within walking distance. Loved the view at sunset out the back door. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. If we go back next year, we will see about reserving this place again.”

Avoid this motel

"Homeless people roaming around the motel and the door wasn't possible to lock properly. One of them screamed repeatedly outside my window in middle of the night. Reception accidentally froze $525 instead of $100 which was required for deposit. So I didn't have any money during my stay here. They sent the money back, but I don't know when it will be back in my account. No help other than a recommendation to talk with my bank about it was given by the hotel & Hotels.com If possible, make sure to only have just enough money for any deposits/charges, so this won't happen to you, because no one will help you."
