“Absolutely stay here! We had the best time. Bruce and Ann left personalized notes and even snacks for us. The house is so cute and well-appointed. We lacked for nothing. It's walkable to campus. Bruce and Ann were great hosts and we didn't have any problems with anything. I would definitely come back. ”

“A very nice & spacious rental in an excellent location. Would rent again.”

“This is a very clean and well-equipped place. We wanted a place near campus and this fit the bill. It is on the edge of an area that is a bit more run down, but we never felt unsafe or anything. The host was easy to contact when we had a question and sent someone to help us out in a matter of minutes. ”

“This house is perfect in every way. It is clean, charming and quiet. The host has thought of everything so if you forget toothpaste, makeup wipes, a razor, etc, you will be covered. The kitchen is also fully stocked. We loved the beautiful backyard with the pool, multiple tables and chairs, and all the different birds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to the 5 points area for breakfast every morning. The host is also very responsive so if we had any questions, she always got back to...

“We had a great stay! The location was great and we loved walking to 5 Points Market, and had an easy drive to campus. The bed is very comfortable, and the space is lovely. High ceilings, and well equipped and spacious kitchen, and a cute backyard made our stay really wonderful. Definitely would stay again!”

“Location is perfect for anything and everything University of Arizona! We stayed during graduation festivities and it was so easy to walk from location to campus and stadium. Pros: Air conditioning/fans worked wonderfully! On site parking spot!Cons: Lock box situation was hard to open—maybe because box was old? The bathroom window does not have a lock/hinge rusted so window doesn’t close all the way—giving people view of person showering! We weren’t able to access the television during our stay...

“Great little house. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, well furnished, bed was very comfortable. Check in / check out process was easy, and communication was excellent. Loved that there was off street parking. Very close and convenient to dining etc. Location was ideal as it was two blocks was people I was in Tucson to visit. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was great for us. Very nice, clean, nicely restored, and comfortable property. Everything about it's use was spelled out clearly in the instructions for the property too. It's in a ok neighborhood close to the UofA with mostly student neighbors. Net time we are coming to Tucson, we will definitely be looking for this property. ”

“Location was perfect for visiting the University. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Traffic noise was loud but was expected as it was mentioned in description. Definitely will use again! Communication was great! ”

"Vi kom lite tidigare hit, eftersom vi åkt från El Paso igenom en tidszon, men vi blev incheckade en timme tidigare än 15.00. Rummet var stort, rent med sköna sängar. Stort kylskåp, bra wifi. Diskbänk med diskmedel och det fanns en brödrost i skåpet. Fri parkering men inte fri frukost. "

"Homeless people roaming around the motel and the door wasn't possible to lock properly. One of them screamed repeatedly outside my window in middle of the night. Reception accidentally froze $525 instead of $100 which was required for deposit. So I didn't have any money during my stay here. They sent the money back, but I don't know when it will be back in my account. No help other than a recommendation to talk with my bank about it was given by the hotel & Hotels.com If possible, make sure to only have just enough money for any deposits/charges, so this won't happen to you, because no one will help you."
