“During my stay I unfortunately saw, killed, and cleaned up multiple roaches, house flies, and other insects I don't know the name of. I had to book a hotel at some point in my stay because the roaches were too distressing for my peace of mind (while I was also studying for my medicine board exams during my month long stay). I was disappointed when this was all communicated to the hosts without any partial refund or coverage of my 2 day hotel stay. Outside of this issue, the apartment is nice...

“This cute little house was located steps away from restaurants and other anenities. It was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We liked that it had off street parking. The host was very responsive and even dropped by when we had a slight problem.”
