“Only tough thing about this place is being left to your own devices to find street parking. Area was jam packed with parked cars, so I felt quite lucky each night when I would find ONE spot. Thankfully I did so it wasn't a huge problem, but definitely something I could see being stressful for some.”

“Great location for downtown Tucson. Within walking distance to everything, but still quiet. Right across the street from a parking garage, easy access and check in process. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The visit to Tucson went very well. It was a short trip, but we had a lot of fun. We enjoy visiting Tucson to see my daughter at UA. The fire pit in the backyard was a great treat and a way for her to bring her friends over and enjoy smores. The house is pretty close and convenient to the UA campus and also had a grocery store super close to get supplies. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location is exceptionally close to UofA. The house is very charming and has nice old-world details. It is comfortable for 2 people, but it is small. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It has the quirks of a 100-year-old house, but it worked well for our visit but we love old houses. Time Market, a few blocks away, is a gem for lunch, coffee, beer/wine, snacks. The backyard is not completely fenced if you are bringing a dog. Communication was great.”

“I had a wonderful stay! This little gem was a perfect spot for me. It was a great location close to both U of A and where my students lives. I arrived late at night and really appreciated the lights both inside and out being on. Very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable! I look forward to staying there again!”

“I really enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of Fourth Ave, downtown, and the UofA campus. Empire Market grocery store is just steps away. The next-door neighbor’s cuckoo clock and the Union Pacific trains might be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. Loved the enclosed patio between the front house and this rear carriage house. I would stay here again.”

“A real gem in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great place to stay!One note to consider…for those with larger cars, the provided parking space can be a bit tight, especially when a larger car has taken the slot next to it.”

“This was our first time at the gem show so didn't know what to expect. This place is in a perfect spot to get to places with some within walking distance. Loved the view at sunset out the back door. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. If we go back next year, we will see about reserving this place again.”

“Location is perfect for anything and everything University of Arizona! We stayed during graduation festivities and it was so easy to walk from location to campus and stadium. Pros: Air conditioning/fans worked wonderfully! On site parking spot!Cons: Lock box situation was hard to open—maybe because box was old? The bathroom window does not have a lock/hinge rusted so window doesn’t close all the way—giving people view of person showering! We weren’t able to access the television during our stay...

“We did not spend much time here as we were just traveling through. Very cute house, clean and conveniently located. The only bathroom is off the master bedroom so for 2 couples, could be a little odd. It was fine for a family.”

"Vi kom lite tidigare hit, eftersom vi åkt från El Paso igenom en tidszon, men vi blev incheckade en timme tidigare än 15.00. Rummet var stort, rent med sköna sängar. Stort kylskåp, bra wifi. Diskbänk med diskmedel och det fanns en brödrost i skåpet. Fri parkering men inte fri frukost. "

"Homeless people roaming around the motel and the door wasn't possible to lock properly. One of them screamed repeatedly outside my window in middle of the night. Reception accidentally froze $525 instead of $100 which was required for deposit. So I didn't have any money during my stay here. They sent the money back, but I don't know when it will be back in my account. No help other than a recommendation to talk with my bank about it was given by the hotel & Hotels.com If possible, make sure to only have just enough money for any deposits/charges, so this won't happen to you, because no one will help you."
