âThis place is excellently located if you have an early flight or arrive in late. The house is beautiful, the service is nice and the breakfast was filling. Paisley itself might not be Glasgow's main drag, but then again, most likely your on your way to or back from something more exciting, and then this place should definitely catch your attention.â

Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond!
The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...

A very unfriendly receptionist (female) in the morning when we were about to extend our stay. I had to raise my voice to get what we had been promissed. Strange!
The breakfast was poor and had a small selection which we found was a little strange because of the ratings.
We were also very sad about that we were not allowed to bring any food to the room from outside of the hotel?!â

"2 night stay booked, checked out after one hour. Still trying to get hotel to process refund which they are now refusing. People drinking out of a car directly outside the reception, halls stank of marijuana. Room smelt unclean, bedding had not been changed with footprints and marks on the sheets, carpets were filthy. Staff apologised but said they have no control over how their guests behave and promised a refund but now are denying. Avoid like the plague. "
