Mr. Calvin, Miles, Alex, Valencia, Cynthia and all others treated us like family. I heartily recommend The Ivy to any and all who will listen.”

“We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.”

“I really wanted to love this hotel. The property is gorgeous, the rooftop views are breathtaking, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price or the expectations set by the listing. Several of the hotel’s signature amenities, including the restaurants and karaoke rooms, were closed throughout our stay, yet we were still charged a $12/night amenity fee. “This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!”

“I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“The hotel was located in a ruff area. Lot of broken people outside the lobby entrance. The police came to the Hotell street several times a day. The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”

“It took 2 phone calls and 5 hours to get clean towels; our room was not cleaned during our two night stay (garbage filled up and wet towels remained piled); shower curtain rod was broken and kept flipping upside down (because it was curved, the curtain would not close when it was upside down). The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous!”
