“Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

“Had a wonderful stay at Royal Sonesta Inner Harbor. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Used every offered indoor (this stay was in February) aminity -- pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and meditation room -- all clean & well designed. Staff & service was amazing... from the friendly/helpful doorman, the 24-hr reception desk (thanks Tre), the onsite lounge (serving French 75's), and Adrian (in the coffe shop). “Very dirty suite room, hair in shower, cracked sink in bathroom, broken molding in bathroom, broken toilet seat. Very poor service at front desk. This hotel is very out-dated and needs a major renovation, would never recommend this hotel. ”

“The hotel was located in a ruff area. Lot of broken people outside the lobby entrance. The police came to the Hotell street several times a day. The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”
