“This was a beautiful home. Check in was easy, and communication was great. It's within walking distance to all of the shops on main street, and close to lots of local wineries. We had a great stay! ”

“Good location. Overall nice and convenient property with a nice small patio. Easy check in. We had a comfortable stay. It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. Comforters in good shape and stored in a shelve and not thrown in the floor in a closet, proper hangers. Light switches in better condition. Ordered patio. More coffee/breakfast options....

“It is a very lovely clean apartment, easy check-in and out and a helpful host. We enjoyed our stay a lot! It is on a working farm so we saw and heard farm animals. We set outside and enjoyed the nature around, we got a visit from the farm dog, pet goats, saw fireflies and were followed everywhere by cats. Cats were the best, so friendly and cuddly! I recommend this place.”

“Home and amenities exactly as pictured. It was a welcome location which was nearby to what we wanted to do (close to C'ville, UVA, and wineries). The host kindly provided recommended local spots to eat and drink which were nice - definitely check out Patch Brewing if coming thru town. Very friendly for our dog as well :)”

“Julia & John were wonderful hosts. They have such a lovely addition to their home. It was warm & inviting, everything was labeled well, everything we might need was there. Julia is quick to respond to messages & allowed us to stay with our 6 month old to visit my great aunt for her 104th birthday. I would recommend this location if you need a place to stay while visiting Charlottesville.”

“I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. There is no standard size mirror or sink, the shower is also quite small. Overall, our stay was fine, but I did not like the...

“Very Nice and Quiet neighborhood. House was in great shape! Has been super hot lately but the house was a perfect temperature and the stay was great! Super spacious backyard was a great bonus. Will return whenever traveling through.”
