“The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

“We had a small issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than the scheduled time when we asked. They were also very understanding and generously let us check out late because of the check-in inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained.
