“As first I was a little skeptical about the location being in the middle of town and on the main street, but after staying I wouldn't hesitate coming back. You can park in the back yard with plenty area and close the gate behind you. The house must be well insulated because the road noise in nonexistent. “My husband and I had business on LA Tech's campus. This house is only 30 minutes away. It was a great retreat in the evenings. The 11am checkout was nice as we were able to enjoy the property for a bit on check out day since we did not have to rush to leave. The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to launch our kayaks right from the yard. The edge of the property was paved along the lake and was a nice fishing spot. We caught catfish and bass from the shore. We would stay at...

“The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. “We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). We were thrilled with the amount of space that provided us, and we loved the modern look and feel of the place! We will be pppp! Thanks to the host for everything! PJ”
