“We met the host at check in and he kindly showed us the trickier things around the house like the water heater, fancy thermostat, and gas stove. He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety. “We got picked up and dropped off at the airport hassle-free, with no worries about our luggages. We had a fantastic time staying at this residency. Our stay was in a safe neighborhood, near 3 restaurants (including ramen and Chinese), a 7/11, and a convenience store named Yac’s. It was very convenient! Kim, our driver, safely dropped us off and picked us up at anywhere we requested to in Tokyo, and he was always on time. Very pleasant experience, and no complaints! Would definitely stay here...

“We arrived at this property our first time in Japan. The House was large and comfortable. The host was kind enough to provide detailed instructions and pictures for arrival. Please note these instructions especially if you are arriving in the evening! Our taxi did not know where to drop us off. The house is the inner of two buildings. The host was very kind and helped us with taxis, directions, and restaurant suggestions in Chiba. It was a wonderful way to be introduced to Japan. Thank you...
