“The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.”

Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna). ”

“The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch)...
