"I had booked an executive room, which was supposed to include a glass of wine and a small buffet. On the first evening, we were initially refused (by an older gentleman who had never heard of this inclusion), but we were granted access after showing the text outlining the terms. By then, however, over an hour had passed; only five minutes of the scheduled time remained, and all the food was gone... On other evenings, the staff were wonderful and offered complimentary snacks. We both struggled to hear the female receptionist during check-in, and we received no information about what was included; we had to double-check the details ourselves using AI and by speaking with another Swedish couple. However, there was a very pleasant man there who spoke excellent English and provided outstanding service. Ultimately, we are more than satisfied. The main buffet and breakfast were excellent. The service was great, including transfers to the city center and the airport. The pool area could use more sun loungers, and guests should be informed that reserving them in advance is not permitted."

"Fantastiskt läge om man är i transfer via Termini som vi var. Bra stort rum högst i byggnaden efter uppgradering direkt vid incheckning. Lite slitna hissar men ett bra hotell för ändamålet till väldigt bra pris!"
