This home is pretty much as listed. You're close to major freeways. The layout of the home is nice. There is plenty of space for a group.The communication with the host is good but it was like pulling teeth to get the address and entry info on arrival day. We told them we would be there around 9pm and STILL had to request the info more than once. It would have been nice if the porch lights had been on since it was dark outside.We got a message regarding the rules which is normal. What we found unsettling (my husband felt like it was a threat) was the way they said it. Again cameras are normal but the way they said it made us feel uncomfortable. We didn't even want to be in the house.One of the rules was no visitors. I understand no overnight visitors but they way they said it made it seem like we couldn't have a single person come over. We were going out and my nephew wanted to come with us. I was nervous about him coming to get a ride with us because of the way the No Visitors was presented. The house could use a good deep cleaning. Cobwebs were in some corners and despite them saying the carpets had recently been cleaned, they didn't look it. The home does NOT feel homey. It's decorated nicely but there are signs EVERYWHERE! Literally there are signs in the bathrooms. A binder with all the info, like other homes we've stayed in, would have been better.I wouldn't stay here again but it's not bad if you need something in the area.
